Retired university lecturer of mathematics is offering tutoring to students working towards their IB and A-level exams.
I give prep and brush-up courses covering embracing all the fields algebra, arithmetic, sets and functions, logic, equations,calculus, probability & statistics, geometry, trigonometry etc. (detailed syllabus on demand)
Particular emphasis is put on methods of problem solving, where I follow the hints from book "How to solve it" by George Polya.
Assignments are taken from  IB and A-level collections of the years ago and problems by authors of the Polish Mathematical School (Banach, Krysicki, Włodarski).

My lessons might be particularly useful for expats and foreign students of engineering and science, but also for humanities.
